Best Hair Transplant Surgeons For African American Hair In California?

So i've been advised (warned) that for curlier hair, it's important to find a doctor who has experience working with it for a hair transplant. However i've called places in my immediate area and their staff tell me they can do it. Obviously since I will be spending a LOT of money on this I need to find a doctor who understands how to work with my type of hair. To me results is more important than money.

I'm currently in Northern California and the first name that pops up is Dr. Diep who I think is very good, but i'm looking for other hair transplant surgeons in my area who specialize with my kind of hair. Any recomendations ?
