Hi.

Just thought id collate opinions on which hair transplant clinic is the best for FUE in the UK?

Past experience would be very interesting if anyone has had fue in the uk.

Inote that Farjo is now offering FUE at an astonishing rate of £7 per graft.

Any thoughts

Go somewhere other than the UK.

If your from the south of england, Feriduni and ******** for example are all just 2 hours away by euro star. If your from north, even factoring in a cheap flight and accomodation these clinics will be cheaper than farjo. Bisangas prices are 5 euro for 1st 1000 grafts 3 euros per graft after that. Thats a lot cheaper than farjo and he is considered one of the best in the world at fue, farjo is not.

Fair enough its not in the uk, but its not particularly far either.

The thought of going abroah doesnt appeal.... jsut being our of comfort zone i think.

Anyone have any experience of going abroad for work?

I was noting that DR Rogers provides good quality FUE work in the UK?

Well if you were to go to europe you would be out of the country for a total of 3 days on average, plus the clinics in europe talk english and can book your accomodation and arrange taxis etc, some even pay for some of these arrangements in certain circumstances.

As regards being out of yout comfort zone, do you want to be out of your comfort zone for a few days while you get the op or for the rest of your life with a half baked hair transplant on your head.

When looking around the various transplant newtworks you will see some clinics have consistent credible results. The only clinic in England that does this is Farjo. I believe Rogers is considered number 2 but this is not particularly a compliment. Also, FUE is something that should only be done in the hands of a top surgeon as there are many more factors that can go wrong. Neither of these are anything like an FUE specialist so If you go the UK route you will be paying more for a less qualified surgeon and almost certainly a less aesthetic result with a greater danger of less yield.

It might be annoying, all of us here from the UK sympathise, but it is reality and you have to decide whether or not you want a good procedure or average one for more money.
