Trt doctor tells me the hairloss is not from trt my dose is not high enough to raise dht..I think B.S. ;raise my test level will also raise dht,and estorgen.

But I also had developed severe dandruff 3 years ago and then seborric drem. on sides of my nose and between eyebrows.(still battle that with cream from dr.)

my head is an on going issue from inflamation to itch...i start 1 shampoo then feel good then all sudden bad again and hair all over my desk...

had 1600 fue's 1/11 and so far no growth.

my head is too sensitive to start rogaine at this point and dht lowering pills no way.(period)

can someone please describe to me a shampoo protocol that can get me under control...i have tgel, nizoral, head n shold.,and baby shampoo all in shower and ready to go...

i feel my head and face get like sunburned if i stil with any one at a time thx all

also forgot to add trt dr told me to get seborric derm under control and my hair loss will stop..i see my hair that falls out looks thin and crappy..so i dont really know if dht induced hairloss or seborric ..

44 yrs old... had taken testosterone in my 20's vocationally and felt real sluggish late in my 30's so got tested and my natural level was 210...range i think should be 400-1000 approx

What kind of testosterone product are you using? Gels or injections? If injections, what kind of ester(s) are you using - how much are you using, and how often do you inject? It's impossible to predict how it affects the testosterone-, DHT- and estrogen level without knowing that. Some protocols are more likely to aggravate hair loss. Are you diagnosed with Androgenetic Alopecia? Seborrheic dermatitis will aggravate hair loss as well, so it's important to get it under control, but it won't solve the problem if you're suffering from androgenetic alopecia.

Use a corticosteroid to get SD under control if necessary, and maintain a healthy scalp/skin with Nizoral.

Androgens, especially DHT, makes the condition worse.
