Been on finasteride+min with great success, are there additional possibilities to fight male pattern baldness?

Hi there,

question in the title. I have had major success for the last three months on finasteride and although I know will take much longer to see the full potential of finasteride I am looking for more ways to improve my hair. As I have the androgen-inhibition angle covered I am wondering if there are additional treatments that attack male pattern baldness from a different angle.

Thanks for your input!

I have a blog post where I discuss other effective treatments for preventing the progression of hair loss:

I wrote another blog post that surveys a bunch of other treatments, including ones you should NOT invest in, due to having insufficient scientific support:

Hopefully that provides a good starting point.

I don't want to be the a*shole here, but most of the posters on here are going to tell you the same thing - quite a bit of the information in your blog is off or misleading my friend. You may want to more thoroughly research these things and revise it a bit. It's a good start though, and I give you props for making it. :D

If there is an EXAMPLE of something that you think is incorrect, I welcome you to point it out specifically and the study that shows that. Anything I have written in those two blog posts is directly based on peer-reviewed studies or clinical trials.

If you are not able to provide an example of something incorrect, then it is hard to know whether or not you are right. It is no different than if you wrote a long post and I simply asserted, "There is a lot of incorrect information in your post," without providing any example. Assertions without proof shouldn't be taken seriously.

However, I am definitely open to any information I may have missed or constructive criticism, so if you notice anything incorrect, please tell me, as I want the information on my blog to be accurate.

Thanks for your encouragement.
