Been Away a Long Time... Need Advice

Hi,

Been a while since I was on. Got tired of all the stuff I had to do to keep/grow hair so bit the bullet and had transplants done. It been good for several years, but time keeps working and I am thinning again, the transplanted hair stayed, but the surrounding hairs are leaving. Don't want to go through transplants again, so for now will try to hold off things and maybe thicken with topicals. I will be using minoxidil again, but not going near finasteride/dutasteride again. Has anything come up that I can use to replace those? No systematic stuff please. I remember RU was good, but you had to make your own mix. I saw an ad for a company, Anagen that makes premixed RU, are they legit, is it worth it? Any info you can give me on what to add to minoxidil would really help, its like I am starting over again! LoL.

Sounds like you and I are in a really similar situation. Had transplants too, and the rest of my hair is leaving me. finasteride caused really aggressive hair loss after one year of use. I have been using RU from Kane (same as Anagen) for about 3.5 months. Still thinning, but the horrendous scalp irritation is slowly dissipating. I don't know if this is a result of dropping finasteride, starting RU, or both. Time will tell. Don't buy premixed. Buy 3-10 grams of the powder, dump it into neogenic viles and try it out. With Noegenic, you are also supplementing with stemox, which is an added bonus.

Thank you Bro, sorry you have to go through the same deal too, can't wait until I get to the point where I do not care about hair loss. Thank you for the advice. I have never heard of that stuff, but will so some research on it and see what I can get going.
