I have no side affects.

Me neither. thanks.

i'm all for a healthy lifestyle, but it's generally not a solution to hair loss.

I appreciate your feedback! BTW, my 4 year old says you're a very pretty lady. She walked in here while I was reading the comments.

it's a d*** shame that your vocabulary, frequency of use of certain words, use of punctuation and paragraph structure are so familiar

I see you are using forensic science. My rebuttal is:

1. Vocabulary. I didn't know it was so different from most people. However, it might be stemming from being a president of a few privately held corporations and earning a masters in business. Shareholders expect a good public speaker.

2. Frequency use of certain words. Goes with Vocabulary.

3. Punctuation and Paragraph structure. Courtesy of Microsoft Word grammar and spellcheck when I'm not in a rush to post.

Ok, let's end this discussion on a peaceful note. I for one am very centered, in fact I'm the most centered, humbled I've ever been.

Reasons I'm not gonna get into. If you want to believe the all-natural route is a positive thing for you, then go ahead be my guest. But, don't you hate it when you grab onto some information and think about it, then believe the information before you. Then finding out it's TOTALLY fraudulent, I DON'T EVER WANT to be deceived nor does anyone else. Sometimes people can believe something that's totally off basis or merit to the original question.

Subjects like Hair are of a double-edged sword, you can't fail or your gonna lose you're hair. And at no cost could, or would you let that happen correct?

Websites that "Claim" to do so-and-so and are without evidence are pretty much scam, spam, bald. Believe me when I say this, take the beaten-explored path, so you don't screw up just because you thought this would work. If it's not FDA approved it's not worth you're time nor mine.

Point is my man, when you truly want to start a regimen, That truly scientifically, double-blind, FDA approved. Concrete evidence backing the products that are specifically designed to regrow and maintain hair. Come to this Website. It cuts the Bull Shoot out and leaves the rest of the goodies in.

If you truly are a Non-troller, scam-artist, and the like, and it turns out you're really a dude that wants hair -- heed my words.

Good day. By the way I'm one of the few good guys. And I do absolutely care about the Human-Condition.

Now that is discussion worthy and I respect and understand your opinion. Good day to you also. I also apologize if I seem too eager to share my experience.

IMO, eating a quality diet may give a man with male pattern baldness some initial gains as his overall health improves and the quality of hair improves, but in time the genetic condition will progress and things will begin to go down hill. To me, saying that diet will effect male pattern baldness to any noticeable degree is misguided because this is a genetic condition and not some sort of disease like high blood pressure that can be treated with lifestyle changes. It appears that male pattern baldness progresses with age and a good diet MAY slow down the aging process and thus slow down male pattern baldness but this is debatable.
We can all benefit from a better diet but if one wants to really treat their hairloss then some combination of finasteride/minoxidil is required (IMO). However, if someone does not want to deal with the cost, time and risk of finasteride and/or minoxidil then I think a good diet may help improve their hair a bit but it is really not a solution by any means.
Mr. Organic, one big problem I have is the fact that you have come on to website full of desperate men seeking a solution to an issue that is clearly bothering them (why else would we be here) and you have made a claim that organic foods is some sort of hairloss solution because you have seen results. The problem is that no one knows you and you provide no real evidence so how can we trust you? So until you provide scientific evidence and moreover some photos of this success that you speak of, frankly I'm not interested in your story and no one else should be. I am truly not trying to sound like a dick, I just don't think that you are acting responsibly.

Perhaps, I am irresponsible for seemingly to eager to share my experience, and for that I apologize for being insensitive. Best regards.

I am removing my post because it is falling short of my intent. My intent was to inform people of my experience and open a friendly dialogue. However, the grade school attitude of vulgarity, calling me a spammer, troller, and various other terminology; basically indicating that I am liar, and being hostile to my opinion has lead me to believe that my experience is better not shared; especially to such a hostile audience.

I will apologize to those that were offended by my eagerness to share my experience as it may have been insensitive to those seeking an FDA clinical solution instead of a natural solution that worked for me. Perhaps I was just lucky with my simple method.

My wife prompted me to share my experience, so that I may do some service for people but instead I probably inflamed a good many people and for that I apologize.

Good luck on your endeavors and I sincerely hope everyone finds what they are looking for.
