If you don't mind, I had a quick question in regards to BCAA's. I've read that taking the right levels at the right times (pre & post workout) can enhance HGH levels. So, based on a decent workout regimine and diet, could help imrove lean muscle mass and fat loss (believe it or not).
I'm not really looking to bulk or cut, but work on definition/muscle tone and maybe add 3-5lbs of mass. Keep in mind- I could lose or gain 5lbs within days, but i'm talking about weight I can keep on and carry a little better. Since muscle is heavier then fat, that's my target
Btw, I'm currently on a 3 day split and take the following supps: animal pump, mulit, o3's and whey 2x/day.
I'd like to add a BCAA supp to my regimine, but can't decide between the XTEND http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sv/xtend.html and Universals BCAA Stack http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/univ/bcaastack.html. Price per serving is about a wash between the two, but I'm curious if you've had any experience with either of the two products I've mentioned.
Feel free to bash me if I'm way off base with my expectations or thoughts about Aminos..
