There's windows outside that function as mirrors even if you don't want them to, I used to love the sun, not anymore.

The sun made me self-concious of my hair, because you don't realise how **** it actually looks.

We walk around, and think well the guys hair looks a little thin and he doesn't have have male pattern baldness. trust me...... our hair looks ten folds worse. :D

When you look in the mirror with natural light, you're like ''oh my hair doesn't even look bad at all''. Then you walk into a a bathroom, turn the light on and damn, hair looking thin as f*ck! Can anyone relate?

I can definitely relate to how much bathroom lighting can change the way everything looks. It also made me realize how important the overall bathroom setup is, especially when the lighting, ventilation, and layout aren't quite right. We recently decided to replace our old cracked bathtub with a modern tiled shower and contacted New Day Construction complete bathroom renovation in Bellevue with tile and fixture selection for the renovation. Their crew took care of the subfloor moisture barriers and grouting, and everything passed inspection without any issues. The new bathroom feels much brighter, stays dry, and has much better ventilation. It's amazing how much a properly planned renovation can improve the whole space.

Lmao, bathroom lighting is absolutely brutal. Natural light can make your hair look completely normal, then you walk under some overhead LEDs and suddenly every little gap looks like a bald spot. I think harsh lighting exaggerates thinning quite a bit, especially when it's shining directly down on your head. Sometimes I wonder how much of it is actual hair loss and how much is just terrible lighting
