Balding With Deformed Ridge At Back Of Skull

Hi, I'm 19 and currently a nw3. My balding started when I was 16 and seems to accelerate in short periods of time. However, not only am I dealing with hairloss. But my skull is completely deformed. I have these two massive ridges at the back of my head, that forms a cm long valley in the middle. Not only that, but I also believe that I may have an indented skull on the sides. Why is life so f**king unfair. I've been using minoxidil for a while, but that ain't doing sh*t, I'd try finasteride but then I would have a soft willy all the time.. does topical spironolactone do anything? Thx
