Haha, sweet.

What was so crazy about it, you think? The guy's expression is kinda weird, like he's posing in every single frame.

lol, thats ridiculous...its funny how he kept it his hair pretty tight in the later years as his balding progressed, he was shaving it every month or so.

I think i read somewhere that the older you are the less aggressive hairloss becomes. There will be exceptions to that though.

The video was pretty freaky

His aging really speeded up when he was about 38 - early 40's. He seemed to have good hair and looked youngish. Then when he hit 40's he started to age fast. Not just his hair, his chin and other features also.

Depressing :)

Very nice video... I really like it.....

When I was at school and uni we used lots of passport sized photos, I would always make sure I have a few spare ones. Then I got into the habit of keeping 1 of each set of pictures. I've been doing this since 1992-93.

Now you might be thinking how is that different than normal pictures.... I am not sure I know the answer, but somehow it is different for me. A normal picture tells the story of a trip, a place, a party, whatever the occasion is but a passport sized picture of me is like a snapshot of my life and nothing else in it. In a way, it tells me my life story.

I guess I have a similar personality to the guy in the video. When I look at a certain photo I remember the year, and what I was doing that year, and I am always positive about it. I'm surprised with the negative comments in this thread.

he started as a nw3 and 17 years later he pretty much stayed the same with the exception of his new bald spot. Hope I get that lucky.

Freaky, but it's very well made. One turn, equals one year - and you constantly see one side, and the opposite. I thought I was obsessed with my hair. I can't even begin to imagine how obsessed one must be, to document this disease with a picture every day for 17 years. I wonder if he was on any treatments. He must have been.

Now, if I just could get that f*****g instrumental and those pictures out of my head...

'finasteride woulda worked wonders on this guy

u cant just assume that about everyone. finasteride does work wonders on some, but for others it doesnt work at all. not even for halting the process. And although this is not a popular view, my experience was that itr made it considerably worse, and accelerated the process, with no reversal even after 2 years, and im not even a bad case. im in my 30's and still norwood 2.5 - 3. (but b4 finasteride i was definately no worse than 2.5

people including doctors tend to say something like either stay with the shed and eventually it will reverse, or it just didnt work and its just the normal rate u would have receded without it, but to me this is bs. I have seen it happen to others, and now i hav witnessed it personally. In my opinion finasteride definately can make male pattern baldness worse even after the shedding phase is over.

finasteride can be a miracle, but it also can be devastating.
