Balding From Your Mother Or Father?

Hello I thought I might ask you balding guys how the hair in your family looks like?
If you're bald / bald is this coming from your mother's family, father's family or both? I'll make a poll about it. Thank you

There were some studies that showed a maternal inheritence pattern but even those surmised the link was inconclusive. Bottom line is it is still a complex pathway genetically. I have baldness on both my father's and mother's side. My wife has no baldness in her family. Except her brother has some receding. My two boys, age 30 and 33, show no sign of hairloss. Go figure.
