I used to have hair thick as Elvis two years ago , all of a sudden I noticed big clubs of hair falling out during shower . My temples were receded and thinned out a little in the front , after some research I think it might be telogen effluvium since I don't have hair loss history in both side of family and going through major depression that time . But after two years , my hair still sheds eventually and stop and sometimes it comes back for whatever reason . I'm kinda desperate since I'm only 20 and be the first in my family to go bald . Also can anyone rate my hairline Norwood 2 or 3.
P/s the worst hair in my family got a norwood 2 in 50s .
I just started monoxide but I not sure if it's a good idea since I can't determine causes of my hair loss and may get dependant on it.
Also , can't grow full beard and used to have some white hair around 16 but then it just disaapeared.
Any information advice or comment will be helpful , as it has been devastating on me . Nobody in my family loses hair even all friends at my age
