Bald Patch In Hair, 20 Years Old, Unsure If It Is Signs Of Balding

Hi, So I have noticed that I have this pretty big, ugly bald patch in my hair, I'm not sure for how long i've had it but atleast 3 months, I thought that with time it would probably get better but it has definitely stayed and maybe gotten worse. I was wondering if you knew what it was and if these are signs of balding or if its some weird coincidence thing? Rest of my hair apart from this area is nice, long and normal as it used to be before.

I don't see any miniaturization but ur photos are not clear. Go to a dermatologist and get diagnosed before us tart treatment.

Finasteride,dont touch minoxidil if you have that much hair.

Only for a very little percentage of users. Some gets sides but usually they stop if you stop taking the drug. Very little get "pretty severe side effects".
