Bald Head Hair Will Not Grow Back; Trying Derma Roller At Home

I have a bald head my hair will not grow back so I shaved my head because I am tired of wearing scarfs. I recently started using the derma roller.

Is it supposed to stimulate the head in hopes of starting hair growth? This is all new to me so pardon my ignorance. I'm slowly learning. Want this to be a success for you!
