Yea, if you put in enough effort and time this guy could probly look alright

then again if someone with a full head of hair puts in time they will look great


putting on " a little bulk" is not easy to do. It will take a considerable amount of time to go to the gym and eat right if you want to actually look bigger.

And pale people don't usually tan well

No, not really. He would still look like ****. Hair is important, no doubt, but it's not all. This guy has a bad face, bad bone structure, hes short, narrow shoulders AND no hair. While the other guy is the opposite.
