Yo, sharing my hair loss moment, not experience, but moment.
I have lost alot of hair on my crown, i remember when it happened.
I wear caps, not tight, just the normal way (not so tight where my bloodflow stops) but one day at the gym, after the workout, i went to the bathroom and i took off my cap, and my scalp hair hurt like a b**ch, my hair was very sensitive and touching it would cause pain in the scalp (in the hair roots), i didnt think much of it since it has happened before, maybe this one was more severe...
But after that day, i think somewhere at that time frame at least, my crown hair loss started, i didnt notice my crown hair loss until it became severe, but i had a full head of hair, it all just started to vanish in under 6 months.
-> Is this actually caused by the cap wearing? ( i Wear it always when i go out, not tight but normal... done so for years).
Or is this male pattern baldness? (Dermatologist looked at my head and was 99% sure it was male pattern baldness without taking blood test and sh*t, plus that c*** was in a hurry so im doubting that guy).
I think its male pattern baldness and the pain i had in the bathroom that day was the hair giving up, the cap wearing and taking off just made it obvious to the damage on hair, i might be wrong here and its not male pattern baldness but trachtion alopecia, odd because the cap doesnt squeeze my head.
But im saying my crown hair loss started when i got that crown hair root pain, caused by headwear or the headwear made it obvious my hair was failing due to male pattern baldness.
Finasteride for 4-5 months doesnt seem to do much for me... so im questioning this sh*t, its the typical male pattern baldness pattern though, so im pretty sure its male pattern baldness but you can never be too sure...
Any other guys experienced this hair root pain? And maybe lost their hair there afterwards? I dont have that pain anymore though (still got crown hair, just lost a lot and scalp shows).
I would appreciate any stories alike or clarifications.
