At age 21, should I add propecia to the regimen? (pics of hair inside)

Hello everyone, I have been using minoxidil foam 5%, Nizorol 2% for the past 1.5 years but it looks like I am still diffuse thinning...when my hair is a little wet you can clearly see I am balding. Should I add propecia to the reigmen. I am 21 years old and I read about the side effects, and honestly that is what scares me the most...I am able to get propecia for cheap though thanks to my drug plan so that's not a problem. My old man went through male pattern baldness and he pretty much lost all the hair on the top of his head and the crown. Thinking of adding liquid minoxodil 5% to the regimen because I am starting to keep my hair a bit longer and I don't think the foam is as effective getting to my scalp, so I'll go with the foam AM and liquid PM combo.

Any suggestions/advice ? thanks

Absolutely, at 21 you've done 99% of your physical maturation and development, get on finasteride and liquid minoxidil, best of luck!
