As title says. Anything else I should be on if finasteride isn't maintaining for me after over 3 years? Anything new? I am a complete non-responder to minoxidil, and nizoral has done nothing. Unfortunately I am thinning on the sides and back as well now, so I wouldn't be able to get a transplant. Is there anything else I can take that may help me maintain or regrow a bit? My hair loss is male pattern baldness, but pretty sure DHT isn't the culprit, as my loss continued while on dutasteride as well.
