Ascariasis and finasteride

Hi,

Lately i'm not very well. I used to poop twice a day but since last weekend i cant poop properly. I had lots of gases which caused pain in my backs and kidneys. I'm become very thin which is odd because i've been eating more than usual.

I think i have Ascariasis or worms in my body. How can i know? I'm worried because finasteride taken is going to the worm instead of me. My hair is weaker than usual. Maybe its a shed.

How can i know its a worm?

Still its very hard for me to poop. And my hair is very bad. I've too much inflamation.

Tomorrow i'll start mebendazol treatment for three days. I'll take the pills in the morning and at night. So i'll take finasteride and oral spironolactone in lunch.
