As a Brit, where can I source spironolactone?

I don't know a great deal about how to get hold of it. Is it the most effective hairline area treatment, do people think?

the only place i know where to get it is from dr. lee's website at minoxixdil.com. it takes about a week to arrive. sorry i cant do the http link thingy. i used it for a bit but not consistently enough to give an opinion really.
