Are the new generic minoxidil foams as good as Rogaine foam?

I know recently Costco, Walgreens and Walmart, amongst others, have started selling generic minoxidil foam. Since I am out of the country, I will need to place a large order from ebay and have it sent to me overseas. Can anyone whose tried out the generics, can you please tell me if the ingredients and the texture and drying times of the generics are the same as Rogaine? I would love to save a few bucks considering how much foam I go through per day.

I just switched to Walgreen's foam and the consistency and smell is no different, I like it every bit as much.

I just hope it abosrbs as well, I just posted a topic asking about that.
