Are Nizoral/T-Gel necessary parts of hair regrowth?

I'm somehow unusually allergic to Nizoral, or at least the Ketakozanole reacts strongly with another drug I'm taking. I'm on so many things. :-/. So I can't ever take nizoral. But should I really be using Tgel?

Because I really have no problems with my scalp whatsoever. Will they really make a dramatic impact? Or just a minor one?

I've been on foam for a year and finasteride for a little longer, andI'm seeing my hair get maintained. I'mseeing MINOR regrowth, but the hairs look very weak, and that "itching" still happens, but seems to go away after I take finasteride at least for a day, but if I wait too long it comes back, so I'm convinced that the itching has something to do with hairloss.

Also I sometimes have to take steroids like prednisone for my asthma, so will taking that and other steroids for asthma on top of taking finasteride really harm my body?

I'm starting to really worry.

But most importantly I'm just wondering if tgel/nizoral are necessary or only MINOR things to add on?

How much am i losing by not using any of these?
