Got two questions when comes putting topicals on your scalp:

Since i plan to have hardcore topical regime, how much time i should wait between two topicals.

For long hair users:
Since i have really long hair, do you have any suggestions how do u apply so the more get intro the scalp not the hair (cutting the hair is not soluton :) )

thanks

And what do you think about mixing the topicals like for example:

Mix : minoxidil + Hair Signals (Folligen) or Tricomin + Prox-N ???

3 drops of Hair Signals in 1ml Minoxidil
3 drops of Prox-N in 1ml Tricomin

bump for advice

My regime by far:
Nizoral 2%
Tricomin
Hair Signals
Supplements
Dr Lee minoxidil 5% (Wait my shippent)

My final regime:
5% RU (once a day)
minoxidil 5% (twice a day)
Eucapli (once a day)
Tricomin (twice a day)
Hair Signals (twice a day)
Prox-n (twice a day)
Dr. Klein spironolactone (twice a day)

Now i want to mix:
spironolactone + tricomin + prox-n (apply 2 per day)
minoxidil + hair signals (apply 2 per day)

if you keep that up for six months.. id be very impressed!

seriously though thats total overkill. you wont know whats working. id suggest ditching the spironolactone if youre using ru and ditching the tricomin
if youre on prox-n. your call mate. good luck to you of course but dont let your life revolve around applying topicals man.

Yes mate, i was thinking about the things that you said. Made some changes in the plan, i will start with this one:

3% RU -1 per day
Eucapil - 1 per day
Dr.Lee Minoxidil 5% - 2 per day
Tricomin - 1 per day
Hair Signals - 1 per day

Will give a try for atleast 6 months if the things good better will keep this track until this regime got weaker. Got today my minoxidil 5% another player in the game. I will ditching the spironolactone, but i will keep the tricomin because have the best copper peptide. Got some pron-x maybe i will put it only on the frontal region, do you have any experience with pron-x?

My long hair makes my topical battle to take more time. I'm more interest in frontal regrow, damn those propecia sides taking one pill at day was the most simple and effective way to keep my hair

What's your source for RU? Is it legit?

I still haven't got the RU in my hands, but plan to order in jan/feb enough for the next cold days. It's well know source from China, i've done little research on the hair loss boards and they seem legit, some people report it bad batches but i guess those orders i guess are in summer days. I plan to get enough RU until Oct/Nov 2009 and to keep all time in fridge. RU is very sensitive

yeah but i only went through one bottle of it which obviously isnt enough to evaluate it apart from it being fiddly to apply but that goes
for most things.

your revised regimen looks really good. ive been where you are thinking ill just use f*cking EVERYTHING! but it just takes over your life and you stress if you miss an app or stuff arrives late. the best things ive used are minoxidil, nano shampoo and revita which is well worth looking into instead of nizoral.

all the best. think positive and you should get some good results.

Today will be my first 5% minoxidil application, tried few years ago the 2% and actually got impressed saw small vellus hair in the frontal bald spots. minoxidil can grow hair but i'm not to happy because don't do nothing in the balding process like propecia. So i guess if i'm good responder to minoxidil will be happy for 2-5 years then slowly will back where i'm from. That why i need something to block dht, propecia is off the game (give me sides) i've seen that study about using Nizoral 2% every day and the photos where impressive but need to find better solution after nizoral because it's dry my hair and scalp. I all hope that 10 years from now we will have maybe "Big 5-6" :) let's keep our hair until the HM will come. Used Nano last year not impressed, how long did u use minoxidil? Revita is ok but Nizoral 2% is better, until i get good conditioner i use it 2-3 per week, after i got maybe every other day. Also i plan to add esenstial oils for scalp health after shampoo. Hair loss sucks if my hair got in this situation after my 40 i will not care to much, but on 25 sucks

its the worst mate. im on dutasteride and still thinning! the next one to try would be ru when its more easily available. i used minoxidil for about a year and saw some vellus
hairs too but they never grew. it did grow hair near my eyebrows so it can work i guess my hairline was just too soaked in dht for it to have any effect.

If you're using Hair signals anyway, you can drop tricomin. It would be just more pain in the ***.

If one can afford it, why not use both? Tricomin has scientifically proven specific CP's for hairloss. Folligen/Hair Solutions seems to be more of a random smorgasbord approach which seems to work for some people, but being that studies show some CP's are more effective than others, it wouldn't hurt to have both.

You need copper peptides mate in order those vellus hair to get darker and longer, tricomin is the best for that

Don't want to drop tricomin because it's proven like treadstone said and really some vellus hair got in better shape after tricomin (i use it for two months), just started hair signals this week. Maybe i will add to every minoxidil application 3 drops of hair signals per 1ml and increase the tricomin twice per day.
