Apple Vinegar question

Hi,

I have Apple Cider Vinegar and I was wondering if I can just pour some on my crown where it itches, and leave it there... and if it will help keep the itch away.

Many people use it as a rinse. Not full strength, though.

They mix 1 cup in a gallon of soft water and pour it over the head after shampooing. Seems like a lot of hassle to me and there are no real benefits except to leave hair shinier.

I don't think it will help the itch at all. Try it, you never know.

I have been using apple cider vinegar every morning for the past 10 days. I apply it over my hear, wait for 5-10 minutes and wash my hair. It does help reduce the itch and the scalp feels good too. But it hasnt helped me to combat my dandruff at all!!

I use an apple cider vinegar shampoo and let it sit for 5 minutes before I wash it out. I think it works good.
