What about NW0? If you are NW1, then progress to NW2. Idea is that some people progress to a relatively low Norwood and stop at there.

I used to have a NW0 hairline in my teens then receded to a NW1.5 Diffuse and finasteride has kept me from receding further

There’s no consistent definition of what a “mature hairline” is. The fact is you’re losing hair. If I could go back in time I would have begun finasteride at 28 rather than 33. But hindsight is 20/20...
