with better results. Im asking this because my brother thinks the generic propecia (finpecia by cilpa to be exact) is not working good enough for him. :) He hasnt seen regrowth and had no side effects. (I have no idea why hes mad about that ) We are twins and noticed our hair getting a little thinner in the back a few years ago. Its still combable where you can comb it back and not able to see through it and I would be very happy to die with this much hair. We have both been using the generic for about 16 months content with the fact we could maintain what we have. Im not sure myself if it has maintained or not.(definietly no regrowth, which I didnt expect from the get go, since less than 50% can expect it) My hair is much longer than when I started using it. So it may be my longer hair that is kind of distorting what my hair looked like 16 months ago.(should have took pictures back than) Anyways has anyone used regular propecia AFTER using generic with better results. I told my brother it wouldnt matter, but I really dont know for sure. :D Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't think anyone knows for sure that generic Propecia is any better or as good as real Propecia. You need to look at it like this.

Hair loss is a very serious thing to some of us and I personally would like to use the real thing rather than something manufactured in India or elsewhere. I want to be sure in my mind that what I am taking is the real deal.

Thanks for the reply Trax :) Yeah you may be right. Maybe I'll try it, know of any sites that sell the real deal. I think I have seen a couple but am unsure of the average price it cost now.

I just get mine as a Dr's Prescription. I managed to convince my Dr that Proscar could be better because I break it into 4 or 5.
