Anyone here with DUPA?

Basically almost 100% sure I suffer from this. Last year my cousin confessed to me that he was losing his hair, why he always wears a hat. He said he already went to see a transplant doctor and they told him he couldnt get one because of his donor hair.

I didn't think much about it till I was taking we photos and noticed my back was really thin. Even dry. So my question is, am I forever doomed?

Back and sides can thin if you're type V, I saw a guy with dupa on the street, the patches were random, sort of like alopecia areata. I'm type V and the back bellow the nape area is thinning and so are the sides, back, top... tough luck. My dad is nw3 with thinning vertex, don't know of any other balding males on the family because there aren't none and he only started thinning in his fifties.

Hey, thanks for the response. Sounds like my hair exactly. The nape of the back of my neck is really thin. I'll probably post some photos later. Have you tried finasteride or rogaine?
