I'm 29, turning 30 this year.How old are you?
Unfortunately I don't have a primary care physician, but I am establishing care and going to my first appintment / check-up at the beginning of next month. I also have a dermatologist appointment to discuss my hair loss in a little less than two weeks. I believe the best course of action would be to discontinue use until then so my symptoms can abate. I'm getting blood work done at my GP visit, too, so if I decided to restart finasteride it seems more responsible to wait until I've had my hormones tested, anyway, to see if I have any deficiencies first.Finasteride is a prostrate drug it was developed to shrink enlarged prostrates, it could be that it is doing just that to yours. I would have a word with your doctor let him decide if it safe for you to carry on as if you already have an enlarged prostate finasteride would hide symptoms of something much worse. Saying that however i also got pain down there when i was on it which is another reason i don't take it anymore.
