Anyone had a poor result with Dr Turan at Fuecapilar?

Hi all, has anyone had a poor result with Dr Turan at Fuecapilar, and how did it end up, did they honour their guarantee? I am sitting with a poor result, with not much more hair than before the transplant. I had diffuse thinning and got a transplant, my scalp can still he seen after 18 months post surgery. It doesn't look like they are going to offer remedial work, so wanted to know if that is anyone else's experience. I think I need another transplant to fix the previous work, all a bit depressing and overwhelming.

Some complaints on reddit about quality of the transplant and lack of communication after. Why would you want them to do remedial work if they messed up the first procedure? Reading the google map reviews I wouldn't let this place near me.

I have looked at some Reddit posts and it does seem like others have have poor results (I ignored those who had a poor experience if they ended up with an acceptable result). The clinic is very hyped up on other forums and Facebook pages which led me to book with them, I realise now that some of those reviews and posts are probably not genuine (like fake reviews on Amazon).
I need another transplant to fix what was done but I won't be returning to Dr Turan or Fuecapilar, I may either stay in the UK or look to other clinics in Turkey or EU.
As per the Reddit posts, post op communications got worse and when I suggested my result was not good they stopped responding to the requested updates. When they finally responded (after many messages) they seemed to suggest that having a balding patch was a good result and that said the crown is difficult to cover - - a strange comment considering that their one and only job is to transplant hair - other clinics seem to be able to do crown work.
I may chalk my Fuecapilar experience up to a poor choice and poor judgement on my part for not choosing a better clinic. Just a shame I had to take 2 weeks off work, spend £5k+, go through a lot of pain during surgery and after, and walk about with a red scalp for 8 months, just to end up with a still baldy crown and the fuecapilar "results guarantee" denied

Contact the BHR clinic in Brussels. Dr. B........ he is one of the best in the world. Send some pictures and see what they say. He wouldn't even perform a procedure on me because my density in the donor area was not good enough. You will spend more but it will be right the first time.
