Anyone got seborrheic dermatitis?

Looks like I'm getting another flare-up period, and the corticosteroids I use are only working for a couple of days now (they used to clear up my skin for a few weeks). Anyone got any recommendations? I use Nizoral on my head to treat both my male pattern baldness and dandruff. My problem area is really my face though, mostly my eyebrows and around the corners of my nose. Should I give Nizoral cream a go or has anyone got better results from something else?

BTW, i feel like my male pattern baldness gets worse whenever I get periods of dermatitis flare-up. Is anybody else noticing this?

I have noticed since my SD flared up my hair is thin all over especially in the the areas hit by male pattern baldness.

yesssss im in your same situation i got it around my eyebrows and its red and itchyy at first some cream worked but it dosnt do any good now if anyone gots any advice appreciate it
