Thank you for posting your results. What about the other factors like Prostaglandins(PGE2,PGD2,PGF2A), IGF-1, Biotin and especially the Aromatase Activity? Not ready yet? Thank you very much.

@Gert thank you very much for sharing your total report. This is really helpful. So, let's see:

1)Aromatase Decreased->Alfatradiol/17a-Estradiol or Estriol or Bi-Estro Cream
2)PGF2A Decreased->Latanoprost/Bimatoprost
3)IGF-1 needs modulation->IGRANTINE F1 (If I am not wrong, it's a product from Fagron to increase IGF-1 level topically)
4)SRD5A2 increased activity->Finasteride 1mg
5)SULT1A1 decreased-> Like you mentioned, Oral Minoxidil or High dose topically (maybe 7% or greater I guess? Fagron is making 7% in Trichosol)
6)ACE RESULT: SLIGHLTY INCREASED ACTIVITY IN METABOLIZING ANGIOTENSINE -> This is very important as well. I think there is a relation about inflammation/scalp fibrosis and of course the circulation. Minoxidil is already a good vasodilator, plus Carnitine or Arginine like the test suggests, will be really good I believe.
7)Biotin -> I guess 5mg Biotin Capsules everyday.

Pretty good stack. The good thing is that you have the background now and you have clear options. Start with whatever is possible for you and you can get it. If you can't jump to Oral Finasteride for example, try about the topical route. I hope everything goes well my friend to your journey, be strong and never give up.

@Ticken If you have some spare time, provide your opinions as well. Thank you in advance.

Thank you very much @Gert once again for posting the whole report.

I am considering this too, but I already have a 23andMe test, I am wondering if I could just look up the genes directly.

Pls let me know if 23andMe helps with the deciphering. I will review mine too.
