tried it in the past but gave in cos i thought looksmaxxing was pointless cos id always be a virgin (age: 24)
now that I've slayed a few girls ive decided to give it another go
mainly interested in growing my zygos since they are a major flaw of mine
my current methodology is to put a tennis ball inside a latex medical glove and bash my cheekbones until i feel like i cannot hit them again without causing serious damage, usually 10 - 20 times
i do this at the end of the day after applying my argan oil, if my cheekbones hurt at all i just leave them alone and come back the next day.
I use a tennis ball because it is an even surface and lacks hardness while still being rigid enough to hurt me, this spreads the force out over a wider area mitigating the risk of uneven bone calluses forming (cringe at me using big science words as a low iqcel but couldnt think of another way to say it)
I didnt use the latex glove initially but i realized real quick that the tennis ball would be too rough on my skin
as for supplementation i take an osteosupplement and i am megadosing vit d
opinions? right now its still early days and my cheekbones already feel much harder so i know osteogenesis is occurring, tho it remains to be seen if ill get noticeable results
