This forum rocks- I've learned so much here. And I can't change my hair progress, but I can get to the gym and get my body into shape. And I know a lot of you guys are into the same, so I thought I'd ask:

Can you recommend a good forum to go to and learn things like good weightlifting exercises to do in the gym (free weights, etc.)? I need to learn what to do, how to do it right and make the most of my workout, what do consume (nothing too radical- creatine is fine), stuff like that.

I don't want to land on the wrong forum. I was lucky to find this one out of all the hairloss forums.

Thanks.

I've learned everything I needed to know about fitness from

http://forum.bodybuilding.com

In the last year I've gone from 300lbs of pure fat to currently 217lbs with a shitload of muscle. My resting heart rate is 57, I have low blood pressure, I'm benching 250, deadlifting 315, squatting 315 for 10 reps etc.

I am up to 4+ miles on the treadmill and I'm also doing High intensity interval training on the elliptical getting my HR to 184.

I still want to get down to around 15% bodyfat, I'm around 25% now although I dont look it due to my fitness level.

Another good transformation site is http://www.johnstonefitness.com

I been following that guy for awhile, truly motivational!

Damn! 57 for a resting heart rate? Mine is 80 and I'm only 165 lbs and can run 5 miles in just over 38 min. My heart must suck.

Go to http://www.ast-ss.com

Go to the exercise execution section. These people don't mess around. You don't have to buy their supplements for the program to work, but believe me, they are the best in the world.

GO TO THE SITE AND START GAINING MUSCLE NOW!!!
