Both of those topics (Intercytex, Saw Palmetto) have been well discussed in this forum, so do a search.

Quick answers: Don't expect Intercytex til 2009 at the very earliest, and yes saw palmetto can block dht - not sure how effectively though.

(but there may be studies coming to the opposite conclusion).

I'm not sure if it actually does inhibit DHT in the bloodstream.

saw palmetto helped me some, but its not strong enough to stop hairloss it might slow it down a little bit.
Im not sure if the anti inflammatory or the DHT lowering aspects of it helped, but the itch that never went away for me got a lot better for months when I first started. Im still confused because it gradually came back it reminds of propecia and how its effects slowly wear off.
