Any Recomendation For Sleeping Pills That Dont Cause Acne And Hair Loss?

Hello,
well if anyone know a good sleeping pills that dont cause acne and hairloss will be much apreciated,
i was with Eszopiclone but now i read it cause hairloss and acne, even when i tell my psychiatric that was i prior concern that.

5htp at 100 mg a day at bedtime.

Coupled with two grams of turaine powder at bedtime as well.

I find melatonin to be helpful, i also take it with olanzapine and 10mg of diazepam though. Im not sure how effective it is on it's own but i take 4mg before bed and find it helps.

Is Eszopiclone the same as Zopiclone? Where does it say hairloss is a side? Any links, I’ve taken it and haven’t noticed any extra hairloss, i def did with Propranolol and Tretinoin.

Hello, you took oral or topical tretinoin?

i am just looking why i still have acne , and might be the eszopiclone, i just use mr.google, any way just wanna see if there other options,
i thing with zoplicone its pretty similar, not sure

I used tretinoin cream for my face. Zopiclone is a sleeping tablet.
