Any reason to use Folligen if you do not have irritation?

I have just purchased a bottle which I planned to use along with minoxidil (which has not produced amazing results so far).

Firstly, I have no idea how to apply Folligen to my hairline without spraying it all over my head. I'm also not sure whether I should apply it before or after minoxidil and how long to wait

I don't have any irritation anywhere and I'm wondering if Folligen could do more harm to my hairline than good as it does seem to itch slightly.

Any advice is welcomed. Thanks.

As far as how to apply - just spritz once per temple and once in the middle and rub it in. spritz / rub / spritz / rub
