Hello

If so, is it worth the cost of shipping from America? I e-mailed Dr Proctor about it and he says despatch is usually 7-10 days

I have read lots of great posts about it and im thinking of adding it to my regimen, any advice would be helpful

Thanks

Sorry, Im talking about Dr proctors NANO shampoo , the majority of the posts seem very positive and its almost an alternative to minoxidil, i just wanted to know if it was worth paying all the shipping costs etc...

and the link would be his website www.drproctor.com

Browny,

speaking for myself Nano shampoo is well worth it. You have a shampoo that is a growth stimulant (nano) with the benefits of copper peptides..Dr. Proctors own. It has a bunch of other good ingredients as well.

the shampoo and conditioner has some of the same ingredients found in his other products but in a convenient and affordable shampoo. One bottle lasts me 8 months 5x/week making it a great value/price.

It leaves hair really nice and if combined in the same application with Nizoral for example... I find it takes away the harshness of nizoral.

On its own I find it doesnt lather that well but since I mix in my hand with Keto or PO shampoo it lathers very well that way. Youll need to use just a small amount each time..

good stuff as part of someones regimen IMO.

Hey Patagonia thanks for the reply, do you live in the UK?

Yeah it does sound like a really good product just for the apparent thickening effect if anything, but obviously there is plenty of ingredients in there to tackle hair loss, how long have you been on it? have you seen any results i.e. reduction in hair loss or any vellus growth?

Also did you initially shed?

Sorry for all the questions

Do you think Nano is better than Revita?

Ive been using Nano for about a year. I am on finas and also use Keto and PO shampoos, copper peptides and other extras (experimentals like essential oils).

For that reason I would not be able to tell if the regrowth and thickening I have gotten since starting treatments was due to a specific thing in my regimen. There are no magic bullets against Androgenetic Alopecia but hitting it from as many angles as you can works best IMO.

I decided to use nano after reading allot of info from veterans in the forums and researching who Dr. Proctor was.
There are good before and after pics on Dr.Proctor's site from a patient using only nano shampoo and Bryan's photos using Prox (with nano)..

dont know about revita, but if it was up to me...
I would use nano shampoo- Keto 2%- Piroctione Olamine shampoo ....

*I add other things to my PO shampoo as well.

Thanks again

i Think i will purchase a bottle and see how i get on with it, would it be good to use in conjunction with tricomin when using minoxidil to combat shedding?

Also to second what i read recently about dr proctor being abrubt on e-mails i totally agree, not good practice IMO

just a tip: why not buy more than 1 bottle to make the shipping charge worth it?

I use Tricomin and folligen sprays. I like both but as soon as my tricomin runs out I will stick to folligen spray and cream... I know Tricomin CP had FDA testing .... but folligen´s value is unbeatable and I just like it better.
Mine does not have any smell and is blue... no problems with stains or mess. I use it at night. great product. I´ve been using a few drops in the lines under my eyes...and they have almost disapeared.... Im impressed.

Read the posts by Dr. Proctor here and in the other hair forums... he knows worlds about hairloss and seems to me like he likes to come in and give helpfull advice.

good luck with your regimen.

Anyone experience shedding when using Nano Shampoo?

Is the conditioner worthwhile in the Nano range?

I asked Dr. Proctor about that once on alt.baldspot, and he replied by saying that there are similar levels of NANO in both the shampoo and the conditioner. (I'm assuming that that's what you mean by asking that question.)
