Any Advice For Coming Off Finasteride?

I've been on Finasteride 1mg daily for a month now and I'm experiencing some sides, shedding and poor hair quality. Can I just quit the drug? I'm not enjoying being on it, I feel like it maybe accelerating my hair loss, as I'm noticing hair on my pillow and on my clothes which didn't happen before.

Anyway, my question is does anyone have experience of coming off Finasteride? Will my hormones go into overdrive and hair loss will continue to accelerate?

I doubt finasteride is making your hair worse.
It is an incredibly rare occurrence.
Having said that, you should quit it if you think it is not working for you.
Just make sure you taper off gradually and you should be fine.

Shedding doesn't mean that it's not working, it could be better quality hairs replacing worse quality hairs.
