I'm thinking of adding some antioxidant supplements for health and hair since I'm on a supplement buying binge right now.

Any suggestions on particular antioxidants to add? What would be a good combination of antioxidants?

Any suggestions on where to buy them for cheap? I hope to get powders and mix them together with my daily soy drink.

make sure the vitamin C has bioflavonoids in it. It makes it last much longer in the body.

Yeah, and green tea. You can get 100g of green tea extract for $8. The only other thing to add is Alpha lipoic acid, because it is both water and fat soluble. Maybe also a mix of natural vitamin E's.

I agree. Taking only d-alpha-tocoperol is at the huge deficit of seven other isomers that comprise vitamin E. Everyone should definitely supplement with a mixed vitamin E consisting of both tocopherols and tocotrienol: alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. And none of it should be in synthetic form. However, in what precise ratio is still anyone's guess, including that of medical science.

- grean tee is really great antioxidant, it is great also for hair (as all antioxidants). It is better to drink it of course so if you like it buy some decent of higher quality

- vitamin C sure

- great antioxidant is Cranberry, it is one of the strongest antioxidants.

- alpha lipocid acid is great, but it lowers your blood sugar, so you should take it just prior to eating, because otherwise it could lower your blood sugar too much. Also it depletes your Biotin supplies in your body so it is neccessary to taky with ALA also Biotin daily.
