Antiandrogen action of Nizoral - what study ?

I read Bryan saying regarding Nizoral (ketoconazole) : "I think it's reasonable to refer to keto as an antiandrogen. There's a study which found it to be an androgen receptor blocker.

Where could i find a summary of this study ?
