Anti inflammatory diets. I'm looking for help

I know anti inflammatory diets are not a cure but if anyone has any experience with this type of diet please through me a bone.

I would be interested to hear if anyone following an anti-inflammatory diet has found it helped their male pattern baldness itch/inflammation to any degree.
