Here is my story, I am a 23 yo agressive thinner, which case has been dramatically worsened the last 6 month.
My scalp since then, became incredibly itchy, and the loss, massive. I haven't taken any action for my hairloss, except with some alleged anti-loss shampoo etc... but nothing from the Big 3.
BUT...
2 weeks ago, I had an awful toothache with awful inflammation etc... and since I had, in my live, very big inflammation problems, my doctor prescribed me a powerful oral anti-inflammatory named Tilcotil.
Believe me or not, since then, the itches are...GONE, (not my toothache ironically enough) from incredibly itchy to nearly nothing, I mean I never said it slowed my hairloss coz I take that medicament since a bit more than 1 week, it is too soon to say if Tilcotil is benefical to my hairloss but the fact is I feel that my hair are far less agressed (by inflammation or whatever) than before, I FEEL (but it can just be a feeling) that less hair come off from my head, I don't know if Tilcotil work as a pain killer, which would definitly show that it is just a feeling, otherwise it shows that we neglect FAR too much the inflamatory side of the problem which accelerate probably more than twice that fatality called male pattern baldness. I think an oral anti-inflammatory is more effective than a topical.
