i've been looking around to try to find some information on nolvadex and keeping estrogen levels at bay. since ive already purchased at genericchemist.com i was thinking about ordering some nolvadex from them to stay on the safe side. however, i cant find how much to take a day. they come in 10mg pills at 6 cents a pill. i imagine i wouldnt have to take that much if im just trying to keep the levels normal, not reduce them. any insight or comments would be appreciated, thanks.

I know about Nolvadex (Tamoxifen citrate), i've used it before as an anti-e myself. For your purposes, take 10mg 3 x per week (M,W,F) to keep estrogen levels low.

ps. prolongued usage of Nolvadex has been associated, in some studies, with infertility in men (just telling you what i know).

pps. flaxseed is perhaps a natural alternative.

The answer is simple...try DIM (diindolymethane)
In some freakish way..it's supposed to inhibit DHT and control Estrogen levels at the same time. I've used it for 2 months..I like it!!

I Just got my Arimidex, this is supposed to be the best stop for stopping Estrogen conversion.

Arimidex (anastrozole) or Femara (letrozole). Both act similarly, Femara is a higher dose of a similar substance, so some studies claim it is more effective. They are priced the same.
