anti e with finasteride

Gonna get on tamoxifen in march for my slight gyno I got 2 months into my finasteride regimen. I'm hoping I could just drop some bodyweight and take tamox until.my gyno goes away. Once that's done with I'll get back on finasteride. But if I were to continue an anti estrogen on finasteride would that be risky business blocking dht AND estro? Is there a medication which locally blocks estro in the mammary glands? Thanks in advance

if its puberty gyno, which I think it is from your post. Its not going away no matter what, unless you get surgery.

I think I may have had a little since puberty but finasteride definitely made it grow and puffed up my nipples. I just want to be where I was at pre finasteride
