spironolactone will *** you up

If you take it orally yes, topically i've not heard of any problems. Be good if you could go in to more detail as opposed to just making a blanket statement.

You'd have to be an idiot to take spironolactone orally.

Topically it's said to be side effect free by Dr Lee and several studies - one or two have reported slight chest pains if they caked the stuff on their heads, but the pain went away when they used a normal amount.

People argue over the effectiveness of spironolactone - I think the ones who complain are the ones expecting two much. It won't grow back a full head of hair, but used it conjunction with other products I think it will definately help to maintain.

i'm using flutamide 2% from genhair , its topical...
taken flutamide oral would give you serious sides....
it blocks all the androgen receptors... expect gyno (breastgrow ) when take it in oral...

i sometimes mix the flutamide in my minoxidil , but only 0,5ml
or 30min before the minoxidil , and only half dose or little more, just to be safe and avoid sides...
