I recently was on a keto diet and after about a month I felt my hair density suddenly decreased in one side temple. Is it due to telogen effluvium or is it genetic and will I lose my hair where density has reduced? Third pic I have attached is before this sudden thinking.

Wow, that does not look good. Not sure maybe a more experienced member can help you. I'm not sure.

I assume you're an Indian. Am I right?

Just use Balayam (fingernail rubbing exercise, an ancient old yoga technique) to regrow your hair.

Its is genetic hairloss as you are losing in those areas that are most sensitive to dht. Do you have a family history of early hairloss? Your dad bald young? Grandads on either side and either parents siblings?

No family history of hairloss as such. Even my grand dad has full head of hair. My maternal grandfather also had full head of hair just my maternal uncle became bald and that too after 50
