which do you prefer? Personally for me while I do like lifting weights, aerobic for me is my favorite as it gets my heart pumping and nothing beats a good sweat. Plus, no one in my family really ever got naturally big from weight-lifting while I am not saying that I couldn't and I could change that, I prefer being slim and toned instead of bulky. Plus I hate the protein shakes that some guys use with weight-lifting thing.
