I'd appreciate some input on my hair.

Even before male pattern baldness set in, I had fine hair with a shitty hairline. Notice how far back my hair is on the sides of my head. I'm so damn envious of Mexicans who have hair that go to their eyes-plus.

So even if I get all my hair back, it's nothing to speak of.

I've ordered some Derm Match. The rep said that I could apply it dry to short hair. That might actually give me a lot of coverage.

Also, I'm going to start using minoxidil to thicken up my follicles (hopefully).

I'm not sure what I'd look like completely shaved. I have that ridge on the top of my skull. Do you think I'd look weird?

All advice welcome, thank you.

If you haven't already, you should read through this treatment guide on the website http://www.hairlosstalk.com/hair-loss-men/ it offers possible treatments that many of the members on this forum are on, and while many seem to have success stories, others don't. So be wary, because those treatments also cause 'shedding', where your hair drastically starts to fall/thin out, which is usually an indication that new hair is on its way yet if you read around you'll see that it can also pose a problem for many too. I was planning on starting the 'Big 3' treatment (which is using Minoxidil, Finasteride and Nizoral, i'm only using Nizoral now) yet i don't think i will as of yet seeing how my hair isn't that bad now and i don't want to have to go through that serious case of shedding.

No offense, but are you a bot or a real person? You wrote almost the exact same message to someone else just a few minutes ago:

Your hairline isnt bad, you still maintain alot of your frontal hair. I can see you have receded at the sides of your temples but that is normal. Your hair their has just matured into a mature hairline. Hair at the sides recedes furtherback than than temple hair according to the criteria for what meets a mature hairline. This is of course considering your not going through male pattern baldness. Your general hairloss i can see over your scalp seems to be that of a diffuse thinner. So you are losing hair.

Finestride known in brand such as propecia and proscar are proven treatments that will give you the best chance in saving your hair, but be sure to know of its side effects before you start. Some users even report regrowth.

For the time being if your sensitive about your current hair try getting some topik/hair concealer. It will make your hair look thicker and more dense, essentially hiding your hairloss.

You can also use minoxidil another proven treatment that help you with your hairloss, it might be worth considering.

Lastly, there are many other treatments you can use besides finestride such as folligen, nizoral, spironolactone, virile mane etc but you might wanna research into them as i dont think their proven treatments for hairloss.
