With a TSH that high, your thyroid is all kinds of fucked up. Your extremely high prolactin is also worrysome.

I thought there was a blood work guide on the web that helped you interpret blood test results but now I can't find it!

You know blood work is probably one of the best things we can do for ourselfs to help us figure out whats going on, you would think more attention and help to this would be on the forum.

First of all, is your doctor worried at all about your bloodwork results? I mean, you've got hypothyroidism in some of your TSH tests plus high prolactin & estrogen levels in almost all of em. Your testosterone levels in the latest test are good

Have you tried taking Mucuna Pruriens or Chasteberry to see if you can decrease the prolactin levels (assuming you're not wanting to go for something like Cabaser/Selegiline etc)?

Not surprising that taking Zinc increased your test levels and decreased your estrogen levels, since Zinc inhibits the aromatase enzyme that converts test into estrogen. I'd say keep taking Zinc and also add in something like DIM for estrogen control, which should also bring down your prolactin levels too.

BTW - the Free Test percentage that you didn't know what it was, is just a calculation. Take Free Test and divide by Total Test. So .150/7.16 = 0.0209 which rounds to 2.1%

Also - what's your diet like? Are you overweight? How's your sex drive?

Oh yeah, were those bloodwork samples taken at the same time of day? Because your test levels usually peak in the morning...Hence morning wood that most of us get.

thanks harie, to your questions:

My doctor wasn't worried, he said those values are still pretty "normal". However, he has no clue. But I'm glad he does this tests 4x a year for free :).

Mucuna Pruriens or Chasteberry: Never ever heard of those things! Don't even know if they're avaiable here in austria.

I'm out of zinc at the moment, but I'll get new one (50mg a day at night). I think I felt better during the time I took it. Also have to look into the DIM.

Thanks for the free testosterone info. So is this number alright?

My diet: I think I'm an average person. I have a relatively healthy lifestyle, almost no fast food (maybe once every 2 months) and I'm maybe JUST a little overweight, I'm 1,86 with 90 kilos.

those blood tests were all taken at the same time in the morning!

How can your Doctor not be worried? Have you seen a specialist, or is the Doctor administering the tests just your general Doctor?

Your free test levels - if you are trying to gain as much muscle as possible, you'd want as minimal SHBG as you can get to keep free test at it's maximum level. If you're wanting to keep free test to a minimum (by increasing SHBG) in an effort to keep your hair, then your free test levels are too high. How's that for an answer. lol
Keep hair = high SHBG which = low free test #'s
Gain muscle = low SHBG, which = high free test #'s

Your total test #'s - if you're 40, those #'s are very good...If you're 21, they're still pretty good.

See if you can get referred to a specialist, because your #'s are definitely not normal dispite what the Doctor is saying. Most of those guys won't do anything about it until your levels are off the charts. So even though you may have super high estrogen for someone in their 20's, your Doctor doesn't care because the levels aren't much, much higher than the high end of "normal" readings. But "normal" is dependant on how old you are.
