Am i too late to stop minoxidil

I've been using it a month and i know its too early to see results, but i have been seeing worrying sides. I always had a fair bit of body hair, but recently, its been getting alot worse very fast.

There is starting to get thick black hairs on my bicep and high on the shaft of my penis, the hairs on my arm seem far longer and darker and the hair on my face is getting up quite high on one side (close to my ear)

I'm a diffuse thinner and have only been apply once a day. For little under a month, i was thinking of stopping and just using propecia for a couple of months to see how that works out.

but i take it my normal hair wouldnt have become relyant on minoxidil at such a short time of use?

You only lose "Rogaine hair". Meaning hair that the minoxidil grew. In one month it is doubtful that you would of growen any hair due to the minoxidil. Other hair is not effected by the minoxidil. Stress less

metalheadude you are the dumbest guy on this forum.minoxidil does grow bodyhair for some people.Get your head out of your arse.Although minoxidil is topical it does get into the bloodstream and for people sensitive to it,They will grow bodyhair , Get water retention and all kinds of other side effects.Im sick of dumb bastards like you who dont know anything giving advice as if you were a hair specialist.:gay:

Oh so speaks "toyboy" :gay: who uses minoxidil once a day against the specific instructions written in big fat bold writing on the outside of the box which clearly says, "apply twice a day." Then tries to convince others that his pathetic little experiments are better than years of well documented use, study and trials that all say apply twice a day. Uhuh lets just ignore this shall we? You call me dumb and you cant even follow simple instructions on the outside of a box!? Based on this I doubt you could make yourself a bowl of coco pops in the morning without screwing it up!

Btw i actually think im one of the smartest and logical people on this entire forum :book: So go back to kindergarden toyboy and stop messing the big boys, you're not up to the task and you will only embarrass yourself :roll:

toyboy's response was a bit harsh, but he's got a point. i've tried finding scientific articles about topical minoxidil and body hair with no luck, but have come across user testimonials, so i believe in some very small percentage this could be a side effect.

metalhead we've all seen success stories here with people who apply once a day. the reason is, that although minoxidil has a relatively short half-life of several hours when given orally, when topically applied, it has a half-life of 22 hours in the skin, suggesting that once a day dosing is a reasonable option.
